You will report into an experienced leader with significant expertise in change and across the employee lifecycle. The Opportunity

The Digital Change Lead will lead the development of an innovative change plan and provide advice on the delivery of best fit change leadership to aid our clients exciting Digital Transformation journey.

It is a rare opportunity to play such a critical role in what is a program of work that will shift the way in which our client works. This role sits in an emerging space however, you will have the opportunity to play a lead role in bringing it to life by providing thought leadership on pathways to support change.

Further, you will:

  • Carry out a change and communications needs assessment to inform a sophisticated and actionable strategy to service the digital transformation
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, including SMEs, to plan and implement best fit change management activities
  • Work with leaders to uplift capability and create change champions
  • Work with the Digital, Data and Technology teams to understand their aspirations, current state and determine the best approach and tools to aid their desired outcomes
  • Deliver change management standards across the Group that are actionable and fit for purpose
  • Ensure the effective measurement of change initiatives through the development of measurable outcomes
  • Continuous improvement of the change leadership standards and practices.

About You

Our client sees the ideal profile being of someone who is an experienced change practitioner and who has worked to deliver digital transformation in a fast-paced, commercially led business. You’ll be comfortable working in a technical environment with the ability to provide advice and guidance on the best change management practices.

The ability to take a broad perspective and manage the change activity on multiple initiatives at any one time will be key. Further to this, your ability to partner with senior leaders to coach and uplift capability will see you achieve great impact.

Certification in PROSCI or other change management certification is highly desirable.

Above all, you will be someone who is passionate and can bring an ‘edge’ to your approach to change management. The ability to work collaboratively with others and deliver work through a team is also key.

The Process

We anticipate there to be two-rounds of interviews with our client, in addition to an interview with a Levyl consultant. The first-round will be with the HR Director and Head of Transformation followed by a second-round interview with the Head of OD and a business stakeholder.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks carried out by Levyl.
