TA Sourcer - 6 Month Contract

Deliver critical resourcing support within this world class TA team!

With significant growth plans in the immediate future, this organisation is currently navigating through a transformation to mature their offering and ready their teams (current and projected) for their next chapter.

They are currently two opportunities for a resourcer to step in and support the TA team with sourcing talent for the corporate portfolio.

The Leaders

These opportunities will report directly into the Group Manager, Talent Acquisition and see you be a part of a world class Talent Acquisition team.

The Opportunity

Supporting the growth of the corporate portfolio, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of:

  • Sourcing/headhunting talent utilizing sophisticated sourcing methods
  • Engaging with passive talent
  • Delivering on talent pipelines
  • Phone screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Being a part of job briefings and partnering with stakeholder and hiring managers.
  • Partnering closely with TA partners to align on recruitment strategy
