The Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant, no two days will be the same! Stepping into the role, you will focus on working closely with candidates to ensure a high-touch customer experience, manage the coordination of recruitment searches across the team as well as supporting the operations of the business.

You will work alongside the team on how to recruit within HR with the scope for you to develop into a full-time consulting role and have ownership of a sector within the market. It is a great opportunity to lay the foundations for a successful recruitment career!

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Researching the job market, prospective clients and HR trends; 
  • Drafting and posting job advertisements; 
  • Completing reference checks, compiling candidate summaries, reports & presentations;
  • Supporting with the preparation of client pitch documents and presentations;
  • Support with sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates;
  • Completing complex candidate headhunting exercises including market mapping;
  • Support in the coordination of events and philanthropic initiatives 
  • Working in and on the High Potential Program (HPP); and
  • Coordination of various company initiatives and projects!

About You

You may have recently graduated from university or be looking for a part-time role whilst you complete your degree. We are open minded as to who you are, however, are looking for an early-stage business professional.
