The Leaders

Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development, you will work closely with a leader who is known for their innovative approach and the ability to deliver impactful programs of work. They foster a culture of energy, collaboration, autonomy and provide genuine support in personal and professional development.

The Opportunity

The OD Specialist will be part of a high-performing and experienced OD team, partnering across the broader P&C function to achieve strategic outcomes and set the business up for success.

With exciting programs of work, including transformation, you will contribute to the development of OD programs and initiatives, providing specialist advice on contemporary and efficient practices.

Further, you will:

  • Manage the lifecycle of OD initiatives and projects which includes scoping, development of project plans, stakeholder consultation and implementation
  • Work with the broader OD team to aid the successful execution of programs around leadership frameworks, early careers, performance, employee engagement and talent management
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across the organisation and prepare sophisticated communications plans, briefings and collateral to promote OD initiatives
  • Build and foster a community of practice and culture of learning across the P&C function and business to continue to innovate OD practices
  • Measure the effectiveness and impact of OD projects and provide recommendations on process improvement.

About You

Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist who has worked to deliver multiple programs of work across a number of initiatives at one time. They are also open to a HR Generalist, at a BP level, who has exposure to and a passion for OD.

Critical to your success will be your ability in running multiple projects autonomously, managing stakeholders and driving engagement across the OD lifecycle. Strong project management, communication skills and a consultative approach will aid your ability to achieve impact.

The Process

We anticipate there to be two-rounds of interviews with our client, in addition to an interview with a Levyl consultant. The first-round will be with the HR Director and Head of OD followed by a second-round interview with the Head of Talent and a business stakeholder.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks carried out by Levyl.
