To support their expansive transformation and growth targets, we are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to deliver programs that cultivate a culture that is a champion of the organisational vision and strategic objectives.

 

The Leaders

This role reports into the Group Manager of Organisational Development who is an experienced leader in large and complex organisations. They are a down-to-earth, pragmatic and high performing leader who empowers their team to deliver their best work. More broadly, you will join a team that are curious by nature and who lead the way in delivering contemporary solutions to their stakeholders, constantly scanning the outside and sharing their knowledge around best practice.

 

The Opportunity

The OD Manager is critical in the implementation of interventions across an array of initiatives with a focus on psychological safety and continuous listening to support the organisations cultural transformation. It is a genuine opportunity to shape and shift the culture and set a standard as the business continues to evolve.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting leadership development processes and help shape future capabilities;
  • Provided targeted advice, support, and guidance to managers on OD and people-related matters;
  • Work in partnership with other members of the team to deliver programs that align workforce and key business initiatives;
  • Partner with the specialist transformation teams to align culture change activities and organisational change efforts;
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of desired culture;
  • Provide expert advice and coach leaders on change and best change management practices;
  • Monitor and report on the progress of culture change initiatives, using data to inform decisions;
  • Above all, be a champion of change and continuous improvement.

 

About You

We are seeking an experienced OD Manager or Senior OD Consultant who has specialist experience in delivering programs of work that support culture transformation. You may be someone who has worked in a large ASX-listed business or in consulting, with superior project and change management experience with superior stakeholder management skills.

You will be comfortable working at pace and be able to make informed decisions as required. Being curious by nature and a mindset of continuous learning is key as you will champion this across the organisation.

Above all, you will enjoy working collaboratively to deliver outcomes and not be afraid to lean into strategic initiatives as well as delivery. You’ll also enjoy facilitating workshops as well as coaching leaders on best practice.

 

The Process

We anticipate there to be three rounds of interviews for this role which includes an initial interview with a Levyl consultant. The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks carried out by Levyl and relevant background checks by the client.
