Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development, you will work closely with a leader who is known for their innovative approach and the ability to deliver impactful programs of work. They foster a culture of energy, collaboration, autonomy and provide genuine support in personal and professional development.

The Opportunity

As the OD and Learning Manager, you will sit as part of the CoE and a function that develops best practice solutions that supports the success of the organisation. Your primary focus will be to lead the implementation of capability and learning initiatives across the organisation.

You’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, deliver and manage programs and frameworks with the correct infrastructure to support capability uplift.

Further, you will:

  • Design and deliver learning initiatives in line with the OD plan through a number of channels and methods
  • Management of learning and capability partners in the broader team as well as external vendors
  • Lead instructional design to focus on quality and impact
  • Take ownership of leadership capability uplift initiatives, working closely with P&C peers to align on outcomes
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and strategy
  • Build and promote a culture of learning by creating learning champions across the organisation

About You

You will be an experienced organisational development and learning manager with extensive experience working to design and execute L&OD strategies that are measurable and aid organisational success.

Experience in identifying OD roadmaps and creating frameworks to promote consistency in approach will also be key. Extensive experience in being able to identify learning needs and advising on the best approach that is pragmatic and commercial. Further, you’ll be comfortable using data to help inform decisions and be able to tell the ‘story’ behind the numbers.

The Process

We anticipate there to be two-rounds of interviews with our client, in addition to an interview with a Levyl consultant. The first-round will be with the HR Director and Head of OD followed by a second-round interview with the Head of Talent and a business stakeholder.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks carried out by Levyl.
