The Leaders

You will report into an experienced leader with significant expertise in change and across the employee lifecycle. They are collaborative, supportive, and set an environment where they empower their team to deliver their best work. The Opportunity

As the Enterprise Change Lead, you will work on initiatives across the organisation, partnering closely with various stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Your role will be critical in establishing standards for change leadership and to be the architect of frameworks and tools to support channels of change and uplift capability across the organisation.

Further, you will:

  • Work to scope and decipher the change methodologies required to ensure it is most valuable in the results it will produce
  • Partner with the broader P&C, squads and leadership teams to implement effective change management activities that will ensure the adoption of changes in the organisation
  • Develop and implement change strategies for large-scale programs across the business
  • Work closely with the Head of OD to ensure capability plans are in place to coach and build leadership change capability
  • Deliver change management standards across the Group that are actionable and fit for purpose
  • Ensure the effective measurement of change initiatives through the development of measurable outcomes
  • Manage the communications plans for all change programs across a number of platforms
  • Continuous improvement of the change leadership standards and practices.

About You

What will see you succeed in this role is your experience working in a large, complex and fast-paced environment, managing and executing on a broad range of change initiatives. You will bring with you a breadth of change management principles, methodologies and tools that are innovative which includes agile change management.

The ability to take a broad perspective and manage the change activity on multiple initiatives at any one time will be key. Further to this, your ability to partner with senior leaders to coach and uplift capability will see you achieve great impact.

Certification in PROSCI or other change management certification is highly desirable.

Above all, you will be someone who is passionate and can bring an ‘edge’ to your approach to change management. The ability to work collaboratively with others and deliver work through a team is also key.

The Process

We anticipate there to be two-rounds of interviews with our client, in addition to an interview with a Levyl consultant. The first-round will be with the HR Director and Head of Transformation followed by a second-round interview with the Head of OD and a business stakeholder.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks carried out by Levyl.
