The Leaders

You will report to the Head of Organisational Development who has significant expertise in change, capability, and digital transformation. You will be part of a broader CoE People & Culture team and be supported by a variety of change and learning experts. This team work in a team orientated manner with a constant focus on experience and commercial outcomes.  

The Opportunity

The Digital Learning Capability Manager is a key, newly created role that will drive the focus on who needs to be trained and how, working closely with executives within People & Culture to establish best practice frameworks and a positive appetite for digital change. This role sits in a CoE however, you will have the opportunity to play a clear lead role in bringing the digital learning journey to life by providing thought leadership on pathways to support this transition.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Strategic development of a comprehensive learning strategy that will support the development of digital skills and experiences that will support the organisational strategy and vision;
  • Content creation and curation of engaging learning content;
  • Evaluation, selection, and management of appropriate technological L&D tools;
  • Supporting on instructional design to align best practices and experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts to support application;
  • Training and supporting the business on how to adopt new digital pathways;  
  • Working with leaders to uplift capability and create change champions in particular within the Digital, Data and Technology teams; and
  • Reporting on performance and working with business leaders to track and evaluate effectiveness and progress, bending and shifting in line with changing priorities and feedback.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a learning and development expert who has worked through a digital transformation with exposure to and a sound understanding of agile ways of working. You will enjoy focusing on systems and how training is delivered alongside driving strategy development with a focus on collaboration and structure! As a people person; you will be capable of driving a mindset shift and readiness for digital change within a growing organisation full of ‘pace setters’. You must have worked in a mid to large size organisation, a reputable brand that brings with it certain levels of compliance and governance, bright minds yet an entrepreneurial appetite for change. The Process

We anticipate there to be two to three rounds of interviews with our client, in addition to an interview with a Levyl consultant. The first-round will be with the Head of Organisational Development and HR Director, followed by the Head of Talent and perhaps a mix of change, learning or people stakeholders. This is a valued and committed hire by this business and the intent is to immerse you thoroughly into the digital L&D journey prior to offer, however we will not let this be at compromise to pace of process.
