Levyl expands into Office Support recruitment

Expanding how we support our clients

Levyl’s core has been People & Culture recruitment and now after almost four years in business, we have listened to our network and expanded our offering across another critical area of every organisation - Office Support. Levyl is now helping businesses hire the professionals who keep workplaces running smoothly, leaders supported, and teams operating effectively.

Through our work across P&C recruitment, we have built trusted relationships with businesses who value a thoughtful, consultative approach to hiring. Over time, we began to see growing demand across our network for support with Office Support roles. The right Office Support professional can have a meaningful impact on productivity, culture and business performance, and this expansion allows us to support clients in a broader way, while staying true to the approach Levyl is known for - considered, relationship-led and focused on long-term fit.

Our Office Support recruitment capability spans permanent, contract and temporary appointments across a range of roles, including Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, Office Managers, Office Coordinators, Team Assistants, Administrators, Receptionists, Project Coordinators and Executive Support professionals.

While our office is based in Sydney, we support clients across Australia, including Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Whether you are looking for an Executive Assistant in Sydney, an Office Manager in Melbourne, a Receptionist in Brisbane, or broader administration recruitment support nationwide, our team is here to help.

Introducing Jessica Duncan

Jessica Duncan

Our Office Support practice is led by Jessica Duncan, Senior Consultant at Levyl.

Jessica brings 20 years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on Office Support appointments. Across her career, she has partnered with growing businesses, established corporates and executive teams to secure high-performing support professionals across a wide variety of industries, functions and levels.

What Jessica understands deeply is that Office Support recruitment is never just about filling a seat. The right Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Chief of Staff can create capacity for leaders, bring structure to busy teams and help shape the rhythm of an organisation day to day. More than anything, Jessica is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping both clients and candidates find the right fit.

"After 20 years recruiting across the Office Support market in London and Sydney, it's still the relationships that mean the most to me. I believe in taking the time to understand what matters to someone, communicating openly, and building genuine partnerships based on trust. I'm excited to help place talented assistants and support professionals, and to connect them with businesses where they can make a real impact’’.

Built on existing expertise

Jessica’s arrival builds on an area that has long been part of Levyl’s story. Before founding Levyl, Sarah Bolitho spent 14 years recruiting Office Support professionals. Along the way, she developed an appreciation for the impact great support professionals can have on a business and what truly makes a successful hire, from technical capability and pace through to trust, communication style and stakeholder alignment.

Together with our Senior Consultant Emilia Rodriguez, who also brings experience recruiting within the Office Support market, Jessica joins a team that already understands the value these roles bring and the importance of finding the right fit for both clients and candidates. Together, the team combines decades of recruitment experience and a shared understanding of the impact exceptional support professionals can have on a business. Whether it is a Receptionist creating a positive first impression, an Administrator keeping operations moving, or a Chief of Staff helping leaders deliver on strategic priorities, these appointments play an important role in organisational success.

Today, we are proud to support organisations across Sydney and Australia with both People & Culture and Office Support recruitment. If you are hiring an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, Administrator, Team Assistant, Chief of Staff or other Office Support professional, we would love to help.
