With over a decade of recruitment experience across agency and in-house environments, Antony brings a commercial mindset, a strong sense of curiosity, and a commitment to purposeful, people-first decision making. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams and deliver outcomes at scale, he works closely with Levyl’s consultants to develop capability, drive innovation, and ensure our market offering continues to exceed expectations.
Prior to joining Levyl, Antony led campus recruitment across trading and technology at IMC Trading. Recognised by the AAGE as one of Australia’s Top 30 Campus Recruiters, his remit extended beyond hiring, spanning team leadership, attraction strategy, recruitment marketing, talent analytics, internal training, and operational delivery across Australia, New Zealand, the US and India. Under his leadership, IMC’s early talent attraction strategy saw measurable growth in engagement, inclusion, and offer acceptance rates, cementing its brand as an employer of choice.
Outside work, Antony is an avid scuba diver and board game enthusiast – always up for exploring new depths, underwater or across a battlefield of dice and diplomacy!
