An inhouse and agency recruiter, Emilia brings experience working in global talent acquisition teams across both Australia and the USA. 

For four years, Emilia lived in Dallas, Texas, and worked for a global technology consulting firm in the Talent Acquisition team. Here, Emilia recruited P&C, Technology and Sales roles. Prior to this, Emilia had a successful agency career spanning successful agencies such as Talent2, and Metier. 

Now specialising in the emerging to mid-level People & Culture market at Levyl, Emilia enjoys fostering meaningful relationships and consulting with clients and candidates to deliver optimal recruitment outcomes. 

Outside of work, Em keeps busy with her two year old baby boy, Goldendoodle Doughboy, beach, and family time! Establishing a life on the south coast sees her split her time between ‘city slicker’ life, and a more relaxed pace of living.
