The Company

Levyl have partnered with two ASX-listed Australian businesses who are both seeking support in their high-performing TA functions. With both organisations having impressive projects in the pipeline, these roles will be crucial in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the business’ in actioning their hiring needs.

Both positions will afford you the opportunity to be guided by and work alongside senior TA professionals with depth of experience and a high degree of knowledge in their respective industries.

The Opportunity

We are looking for driven, committed talent acquisition professionals at both the Coordinator level and the Partnering level.

  • The TA Partner role will be more of a traditional end-to-end role in which you will manage and take ownership over processes from start to finish.
  • The TA Coordinator still has touchpoints across the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on the administrative aspects to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective processes.
  • In each role, stakeholder relationships will be crucial, where you’ll need to work collaboratively with people across the business to understand and deliver on hiring needs.

About You

Our clients are seeking solid TA operators who are comfortable working at pace and can manage and prioritise their workloads effectively and efficiently.

You’ll be equally as comfortable working autonomously as you will be in effectively collaborating with your team. You’ll have a sound understanding of recruitment systems and be able to execute your processes with accuracy to ensure compliance.

Candidate care will be something you are passionate about, as will stakeholder relationships, always looking to drive a positive experience for each person you work with both internally & externally.

The Process

Our client is looking for an immediate start, and as such this interview process will likely consist of 1 interview following an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant.
