Having studied Gender and Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney, Lily is both knowledgeable and passionate about seeing people progress in their careers without facing unnecessary barriers due to bias or discrimination. Through Levyl's High Potential Program, Lily aims to utilise her expertise to help people build meaningful, fulfilling careers in the HR space whilst helping employers diversify and enhance the talent of their workforce.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys unwinding with family and friends. She can often be found trying out a new recipe in the kitchen with her partner, or rummaging through local markets on the weekend for a lucky vintage find!
