The Leaders
You’ll report into a Talent Acquisition Manager who is based in Shanghai, with a dotted reporting line to a Head of Talent in Sydney. Both leaders bring clarity, strategic focus and deep respect for recruitment as a craft. Surrounding you is a high-performing team of talent professionals who work with purpose and integrity. You will share capacity with another team member and may work on between 10-15 requisitions at a time. The broader leadership group values collaboration, accountability and clear thinking – offering you the opportunity to work closely with individuals who are driven by impact.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to take ownership of experienced hiring for the technology function. You’ll be a strategic partner to the business, responsible for finding and securing the brightest minds in the market.
Key responsibilities include:
You’re an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment. You bring a strong track record in technology hiring ideally from financial services, tech, or professional services. This role will suit a recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding top talent in competitive markets, and knows how to balance pace with precision!
Experience using platforms like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel for tracking and reporting is ideal. Most importantly, you bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for building great teams.
The Process
This is a 12-month contract opportunity, and following a meeting with a Levyl Team member, the process will involve two interviews with the hiring team. - Designing creative sourcing strategies to reach passive and hard-to-find candidates
- Building close partnerships with internal stakeholders to forecast and plan future talent needs
- Advising hiring managers on best practice recruitment, interview techniques and market insights
- Using data and tools to track, analyse and optimise the hiring funnel
- Crafting a thoughtful, seamless candidate experience that reflects the organisation’s culture and standards
- Playing an active role in shaping recruitment strategy and contributing to team initiatives
