The Company

Levyl is partnering with a respected professional services firm to recruit an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their welcoming and down-to-earth team.

Working across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering specialist expertise to its clients.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in an office and thrives on keeping things organised. Working closely with the Office Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting office operations, coordinating administration processes and assisting with invoicing and accounts-related activities.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing day-to-day office administration, including data entry, office supplies, documentation and general office coordination.
  • Providing administrative support to the Directors and wider team.
  • Preparing, processing and issuing client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintaining and updating client and project information within the internal project management system.
  • Supporting the setup of new projects, maintaining documentation and resolving system or data discrepancies.
  • Assisting with general accounts administration and ensuring invoicing processes are completed efficiently.
  • Preparing correspondence, official letters and other business documentation as required.
  • Taking ownership of general office upkeep and ensuring a well-organised, welcoming working environment.
About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit team. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an office administration, team assistant or similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence working independently while remaining a collaborative and supportive team member.
  • A professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience with invoicing, accounts administration or project management systems would be highly regarded.
