There's a lot of pressure on HR leaders right now to move fast on AI. Agents, automation, workflow redesign. The ambition is outpacing the foundations.

Most HR teams haven't yet worked out where AI genuinely helps in their function, what good use looks like day to day, or how to build real capability in their team. They're being pushed toward the complex stuff before the basics are solid.

This roundtable is a practical conversation for HR leaders who want to get the foundations right and find out where AI adds value in HR work. What makes someone good at using it. How to find the real opportunities in your function and make meaningful progress without skipping steps.

What to Expect

  • Practical perspectives on where AI can add value across the employee lifecycle and broader HR function
  • Discussion around the capabilities, behaviours and critical thinking skills that separate effective AI users from everyone else
  • Exploration of common assumptions, risks and biases that can influence AI outputs and decision-making
  • Frameworks for identifying meaningful AI opportunities within HR processes, workflows and operating models
  • Peer discussion with senior HR leaders navigating similar challenges, priorities and opportunities

Event Details

  • Lunch catered by Fishbowl
  • Meaningful networking with a select group of senior HR leaders exploring the practical realities of AI adoption and capability building
