The Leaders
You will report into the Reward Advisory Lead and join a high-performing, collaborative team of reward professionals, analysts, and project leads. The leaders in this space are commercial, data-driven, and outcome-focused, with a collaborative and flexible working style. While the team is fast-paced and delivery-oriented, they offer guidance and open communication, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality outputs.
The Opportunity
As a Reward Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in the annual remuneration review process and process improvement. You will utilise your technical capability and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver business-critical outcomes within a global and complex environment. You will provide both analytical and advisory support, with exposure to global reward cycles, modelling and governance work.
Key responsibilities:
You are a capable, data-driven reward professional who can step into a high-performing team and deliver value. You bring proven experience in reward advisory, human resources or finance, ideally within a global matrixed organisation.
You are commercially astute, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy delivering both strategic and operational outcomes, and are comfortable working on global initiatives.
This role will particularly suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, can pick up tasks quickly with minimal instruction, and is looking to make a tangible impact in a short time frame.
The Process
The process will consist of an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by two rounds of interviews and psychometric testing as part of the selection process. Candidates will also be subject to background and reference checks.

- Support the end-to-end remuneration review process, including data collation, analysis and reporting
- Deliver reward advice and insights to P&C and business stakeholders
- Manage modelling and scenario analysis to inform recommendations
- Liaise with internal global stakeholders across London, New York and Asia
- Assist with technical reward work including carried interest (desirable, but not essential)
- Balance BAU delivery with ad hoc project-based initiatives
- Partner with internal clients to solve business challenges
- Potential to support process improvements and develop documentation across reward frameworks
- Provide input into governance, policy development and reward operations
