Equally, you could be a strong graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity. Ultimately, we are more interested in your capability, attitude and motivation.

What will matter most is that you are:
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable with high-volume scheduling and administrative work
  • Confident dealing with candidates and stakeholders at different levels
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work
  • Naturally curious about systems, technology and better ways of working
  • Keen to build expertise within recruitment coordination over the next 12-18 months
  • Comfortable working within a highly collaborative, office-based team
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar would be advantageous
