This role supports a highly capable and collaborative Talent team. The successful candidate will work between the Campus Recruitment and Technical recruitment functions. You will work closely with a high-performing group of recruiters across both experienced and campus channels.
The Opportunity
This is a permanent role that exists to support hiring activity across experienced technical recruitment and early talent pipelines, ensuring an efficient and candidate-centric recruitment experience.
Responsibilities include:
About You
You bring over 12 months of direct experience in a recruitment coordination or talent support role, ideally within a high-performing in-house or agency setting. You thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment, and are known for your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and confident communication.
You're looking to deepen your skills, build credibility, and eventually step into more complex or project-based roles. Experience supporting both technical and/or graduate hiring pipelines is valued, but specific campus experience is not essential.
The Process
Following a call and meeting with a member of the Levyl team, shortlisted candidates will take part in a multi-stage interview process with different members of the TA/Recruitment team. Salary commensurate with experience + discretionary bonus.
