People Partner - Boutique HR Consultancy
Date Published:
15-Dec-2025
Reference:
1164262
Contract Type:
Full Time
Location:
Sydney
Salary:
120,000.00 - 140,000.00 Year
The Company
This boutique People & Culture consultancy supports high-growth, SMEs across Australia to build exceptional employee experiences. Their client base includes creative agencies, tech companies, and architectural firms just to name a few!
The consultancy is known for doing HR differently: moving away from compliance-led practices to deliver strategic, human-focused people initiatives that support business growth. The business is currently undergoing exciting changes designed to uplift internal capability and continue evolving their offering in market!
The Leaders
You’ll report directly to the Founder and Managing Director who is a senior People & Culture leader with more than 15 years of experience across fast-growth and customer-centric businesses. The broader team is made up of passionate and capable HR professionals, including a peer in the same role who is thriving and will be a strong support as you onboard. The leadership style is grounded in trust, flexibility and high standards, balancing autonomy with collaboration and continuous development.
The Opportunity
This newly created role has been designed to support increasing client demand and enable the team to deepen their delivery across both day-to-day people operations and high-impact projects. It offers the chance to work closely with values-aligned clients as a trusted partner, taking ownership across a range of generalist and strategic work. You’ll thrive in a role where no two days are the same, where building relationships is just as important as delivering outcomes, and where you’re supported to grow your skills in a true consulting environment.
You’ll be joining a remote-first team that prioritises outcomes, with flexibility embedded into how the team works. Quarterly travel is built in for in-person collaboration, and a home office set-up allowance is provided to support how and where you work. Strong performance is recognised, whether through discretionary bonuses or shared team rewards, like last year’s trip to Hayman Island.
Key responsibilities include:
Currently operating at Senior Advisor or Junior Business Partner level, you're now seeking a role with greater breadth, variety and ownership. With demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful people outcomes, you bring a strong foundation in generalist HR. Exposure to both operational delivery and project work including restructures, engagement initiatives or leadership development has equipped you with the versatility this role demands.
Thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments comes naturally, and navigating ambiguity is a familiar part of how you work! Curious, adaptable and commercially aware, you enjoy learning the inner workings of different businesses and building relationships that make a real impact. While prior consulting experience is beneficial, it's a values-aligned mindset and collaborative approach that matter most.
The team values diversity of thought and encourages applications from candidates across industries and backgrounds.
The Process
To be considered for this opportunity please submit your resume as soon as possible. Followed by a meeting with Levyl, you will meet with the founder and another senior senior team member! For any confidential enquiries please contact Emilia Rodriguez on 0497 938 177 or emilia@levyl.com.au
Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so that you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
