Contract Type:

Full Time

Sydney

Salary:

130,000.00 - 140,000.00 Year

  • Pivotal role supporting a high-performing Executive Leadership Team
  • Join a respected national consultancy firm | North Sydney based
  • 12-month fixed contract | Hybrid working on offer!
The Company

Levyl is partnering with a highly regarded Australian consultancy to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant. With a national footprint and expanding international presence, the business has built a reputation for delivering some of Australia’s most complex projects while maintaining a collaborate, people-first culture.

This is a highly visible role where you'll become an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring executive operations run smoothly while coordinating the governance activities that underpin the business. With both executive support and governance coordination, you'll enjoy genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute well beyond traditional EA responsibilities.

The Leaders

You'll primarily support the Managing Director, while also providing executive support to the CEO, and the broader Executive Leadership Team. The MD is energetic, entrepreneurial and ideas driven. His role involves frequent travel, a fast pace and priorities that can shift throughout the day. He values an EA who can anticipate what's coming, confidently reprioritise when plans change and help keep everything moving seamlessly.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Managing Director, CEO and broader Executive Leadership Team, you'll become the central point of coordination for executive operations, governance activities and leadership initiatives. No two days will look the same. One day you might be coordinating Board papers and taking minutes, the next you'll be managing complex travel, preparing executive presentations or supporting key business initiatives.

Your responsibilities will be broad and varied to include:
  • Providing high-level executive support to the Managing Director, with additional support to the CEO, CFO and CPO
  • Proactively manage complex calendars, meetings, travel and executive priorities
  • Preparing presentations, reports and confidential correspondence
  • Coordinating Board and Executive meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking
  • Supporting governance forums and leadership meetings across the business
  • Coordinating executive events, leadership off-sites and travel logistics
  • Assisting with key leadership initiatives, including Sustainability & Social Impact programs
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and Board members
About You

You're someone who enjoys operating as a true business partner, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable balancing competing priorities across multiple senior leaders and takes pride in becoming an indispensable member of the Executive Leadership Team.

You'll also bring:
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a complex corporate or professional services environment
  • Strong governance experience, including coordinating Board and Executive meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes and following up actions
  • The confidence to manage expectations, challenge where appropriate and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism, judgement and discretion
  • A genuine interest in contributing beyond traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities, whether that's supporting governance, leadership initiatives or broader business projects
The Process

We're commencing the search immediately and will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis. Successful candidates will first meet with Levyl before progressing to interviews with the People & Culture leadership team and, ultimately, the Managing Director and CEO.

With a comprehensive handover planned, our client is ideally seeking someone who can commence in early August. For any confidential enquiries please contact Jessica Duncan at jessica@levyl.com.au. We look forward to hearing from you.

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so that you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
