Every leader is being asked how their organisation is responding to AI.

Most organisations are starting with tools, pilots and use cases, but they're often skipping a critical step: understanding how work gets done.

The session will be a facilitated discussion exploring questions such as:

  • How are organisations deciding where AI should be applied?
  • Are AI decisions being driven by strategy, evidence, pain points or experimentation?
  • Was your last restructure a redesign of people or a redesign of work?
  • If AI is changing how work gets done, how confident are we that we understand how work gets done today?

The last decade in HR has been focused on people visibility, the next decade will be about work visibility, and why understanding work is becoming increasingly important as organisations respond to AI.

The format would remain highly interactive and discussion-based, with practical takeaways for HR leaders.

What to Expect

  • Discussion on how organisations are deciding where AI should be applied and what is driving those decisions.
  • Exploration of work visibility, work design and why understanding how work gets done matters before introducing AI.
  • Practical frameworks for identifying meaningful AI opportunities across HR and broader business functions.
  • Peer discussion with senior HR leaders navigating similar questions around AI, operating models and organisational change.
  • Interactive conversation with practical takeaways you can apply in your organisation.
