The Opportunity
As the Campus Recruiter responsible for the technology pipelines, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering the organisation's technology recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a broad recruitment opportunity combining hands-on talent acquisition with strategy, stakeholder partnership and project ownership. You will work closely with technology leaders and the wider Campus and Talent Acquisition teams to identify future talent needs, build strong talent pipelines and continually improve how technical talent is engaged and assessed.
With dedicated support across events and marketing, the role has a strong focus on recruitment, relationships and building a targeted approach to technology talent.
Further, you will:
You will be an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment and a genuine interest in building your understanding of emerging technical talent.
You will bring a track record of working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of recruitment projects, processes or new talent initiatives. You are comfortable operating with a level of ambiguity and enjoy creating structure, developing new approaches and finding better ways of doing things.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills will be important, as will the ability to build credibility with technical leaders and work effectively as part of a broader team.
Campus or graduate recruitment experience will be highly regarded, however we are also open to candidates from an experienced-hire technology recruitment background who are interested in applying their skills in a campus environment.

- Develop relationships with universities, faculties, student groups and other relevant talent communities
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, assessment approaches and candidate engagement
- Use market insights and data to inform sourcing strategies and talent decisions
- Work closely with the Campus Events and Marketing teams to support a strong employer presence across relevant talent markets
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with recruitment colleagues globally to share ideas, insights and best practice
You will be an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment and a genuine interest in building your understanding of emerging technical talent.
