In addition, Briony serves on the Board for Xceptional Academy, focusing on providing exceptional employment pathways to accelerate the careers of neurodivergent professionals.


During the panel, Briony will share her experiences on fostering inclusive environments for neurodivergent professionals, emphasising sensitivity and collaboration in the workplace, whilst covering her own personal career within the People & Culture profession
