Elana is a final year Bachelor of Commerce student at The University of Sydney, majoring in Marketing and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Elana is passionate about recognising potential in people and supporting opportunities where individuals and organisations can grow together.
 
Through her experience in tutoring and in guest services, Elana has developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build genuine connections with a wide range of people. These experiences sparked her interest in people-focused work and led her to explore a career in People & Culture recruitment.
 
As a Recruitment Intern, Elana is looking forward to gaining hands-on experience in the industry, particularly in business development. She is excited to learn more about how organisations attract and retain great people, while supporting the team in building strong client relationships.
 
Outside of work, Elana enjoys going to the beach, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
