The Company
Our client is a leading professional services organisation with a strong national presence and global connectivity, known for partnering with some of the country's most complex and high-profile businesses.
Operating in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, the firm continues to evolve how it delivers value to clients, with a strong focus on technology, data, and AI-enabled ways of working. As part of this, there is a growing emphasis on how work is structured, how capability is deployed, and how the workforce adapts to ongoing change.
With a clear strategic agenda and strong leadership sponsorship, the organisation is investing in its workforce strategy and operating model, creating a unique opportunity to shape how work is designed and delivered into the future.
