Contract Type:

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

90,000.00 - 105,000.00 Year + Superannuation

The Company

Our client is an Australian-owned construction enterprise that has emerged as a leading force in the industry, renowned for its sizable annual revenue and substantial project portfolio. Central to their success is an unwavering dedication to excellence and client satisfaction, evidenced by an impressive rate of repeat business.

Our client is further distinguished by their predominantly white-collar workforce and corporate ethos, as they have a large focus on design and delivery while leveraging partnerships for construction execution. With expansion into international markets and a strong pipeline of work ahead, the company demonstrates a commitment to sustained growth. Their culture is vibrant and social, and their genuine passion for cultivating career progression opportunities has resulted in long-term staff retention.

The Leaders

You'll join a well-resourced and highly regarded Talent Acquisition team that plays a pivotal role in supporting the business's continued growth. The team is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and takes pride in building strong relationships with both hiring leaders and prospective employees.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and broader People team, you'll be trusted to take ownership of sourcing activity while benefiting from ongoing support, collaboration and knowledge sharing. This is a team that values its people, celebrates success, enjoys a laugh along the way, and works together to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

The Opportunity

This role exists for one reason: to help the business find exceptional talent.
You'll focus on building talent pipelines and uncovering candidates that others haven't found yet, allowing the Talent Acquisition team to spend more time partnering with hiring leaders and driving hiring strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Mapping talent markets across NSW and Victoria
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for key construction and project delivery roles
  • Proactively sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
  • Engaging prospective candidates and creating interest in career opportunities
  • Delivering high-quality candidate shortlists and screening insights
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment system records and talent pools
  • Providing market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity and hiring trends
About You

You've likely spent the last 2-4 years in recruitment support, talent sourcing, research or recruitment coordination and have discovered that your favourite part of the process is finding great people.

You enjoy digging deeper than job applications, identifying hidden talent and building relationships that lead to future hires.

You'll bring:
  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent research or recruitment coordination
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter capability and confidence engaging passive candidates
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A naturally curious mindset and proactive approach
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Construction experience would be fantastic, but it isn't essential. We're equally interested in people who have developed strong sourcing capability in adjacent industries and are excited by the opportunity to learn something new.

The Process

Following an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, shortlisted candidates will have a screening call with a Talent Partner followed by an interview with another member of the Talent team. Please note that this is a 6 month contract opportunity. Annual salary equivalent up to $120,000 package inclusive of super (pro rated to 6 months).

Please reach out Harry Hobson @ har••@levyl.com.au OR 04•• ••• 404 for a confidential discussion.

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes and motivators. When you apply on one of our ads please tell us the pronouns that you use and any reasonable adjustments that you may need throughout the interview process.
