Contract Type:

Contractor

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

70,000.00 - 80,000.00 Year + Superannuation

The Company

Our client is a PE-backed business undergoing rapid expansion across Australia and New Zealand, with a well-established presence and ambitious plans for international growth. With a values-led culture and a thriving People & Culture function, this business is investing in foundational Talent Acquisition capability to support sustained growth through acquisitions and innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing organisation where your work connects directly with business critical talent strategies.

The Leaders

Reporting into an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who leads with clarity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset, you’ll join a dynamic and expanding team. The broader Talent function is guided by a respected GM with a contemporary, people-first ethos and a strong track record of capability building. You’ll work closely with high-calibre peers across the TA and P&C teams, in a business that prioritises development and long-term career pathways.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a specialist sourcing function, with a clear remit to support talent mapping, research and database activation across a specific vertical.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting detailed market mapping across Australia and New Zealand
  • Performing high-volume search and data cleansing in CRM/ATS systems
  • Identifying and building new talent pools aligned to critical hiring needs
  • Creating and pulling reports to support TA activity and team strategy
  • Screening and assessing candidate profiles for alignment with role requirements
  • Supporting database reactivation efforts by managing candidate lists and engagement planning
  • Working closely with TA Business Partners to hand off mapped and assessed talent
  • Contributing to the broader sourcing function’s research strategy and knowledge base
About You

You may be an early-career TA or HR professional, in a research or coordination role. This is an ideal step for someone who has operated in an in-house TA, junior HR, or executive search research capacity, and is seeking to deepen their sourcing and talent intelligence expertise.

We are open to considering high-calibre graduates with strong internship experience provided you can demonstrate your interest in talent, research, and structured delivery.

Ideally you will bring:
  • Prior experience in TA sourcing, recruitment research, HR coordination or similar
  • Strong administrative and reporting capabilities, with comfort navigating ATS/CRM systems
  • A methodical and process-driven mindset, with high attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a structured, high-volume research environment
  • Team-oriented mindset, great communication skills, and curiosity to learn
The Process

Following an interview with a Levyl Consultant, there will be a one-stage interview process with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the GM of P&C, followed by reference checks.

For questions, please contact Harry Hobson on 0461 425 404 or harry@levyl.com.au

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will provide an interview accommodation checklist, so you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
