The Leaders
This role reports into an experienced and supportive Head of P&C, who has oversight of the recruitment function and wider P&C team. She brings strong tenure in the business and a warm leadership style.
Across the business, the leadership team are commercially focused, delivery-oriented and highly invested in Talent across the business. You will also work closely with an experienced interstate TA counterpart in a collaborative requisition-sharing model.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in uplifting the recruitment strategy for a growing region, while also influencing hiring outcomes at every level. This role will see you help to evolve the Talent Acquisition approach, tools and strategy to meet the demands of a fast-moving, project-driven environment!
The organisation has a very collaborative culture, and a strong relationship-driven approach. This team values a service mindset and strong stakeholder relationships, and Hiring leaders are engaged in the recruitment process.

You will bring a blend of agency and in-house recruitment experience, combining commercial pace with a strong appreciation for stakeholder partnership. Proactive and collaborative in approach, you build credibility quickly and work effectively with leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is confident recruiting across a variety of levels and disciplines, with a natural inclination toward improving processes, systems and ways of working. Rather than simply filling roles, you seek smarter and more efficient approaches that enhance both the hiring manager and candidate experience!

- Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role briefs and influence efficient, high-quality hiring decisions
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies across direct, referral and digital channels
- Own and elevate the candidate experience from attraction through to offer and onboarding
- Leverage and optimise existing recruitment tools while recommending enhancements to improve impact
- Identify and implement improvements across ATS utilisation, reporting and recruitment workflows
- Strengthen and expand employee referral and talent pooling initiatives
- Contribute to workforce planning and hiring strategy as the organisation continues to scale
