Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Global Expansion | 12-Month FTC

Date Published:

23-Jul-2025

Reference:

1058716

Contract Type:

Contractor

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

80,000.00 - 90,000.00 Year + Superannuation

The Company

Our client is a market-leading organisation with an impressive network of sites across Australia and New Zealand, with further international expansion on the way! Backed by private equity and in a high-growth phase, the business is focused on strengthening its talent acquisition capabilities to support ambitious expansion goals. They offer a purpose-driven, values based culture and are motivated to find three TA professionals to create this high performing and goals orientated team.

The Leaders

Reporting into an experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition Leader who values collaboration and leads with clarity and humour, you will thrive in a newly created team with peers alongside you. The broader TA team is led by a well-regarded GM with a contemporary, people-first mindset! The team includes several experienced managers across ANZ, all aligned on a shared mission to scale this workforce effectively and sustainably.

The Opportunity

This newly created team of specialist sourcers has a clear mandate: to become the most knowledgeable, connected, and effective talent function in their space. You’ll contribute to a coordinated team effort to map this talent market, re-engage existing talent, and strategically build new relationships that convert to new hires.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
  • Mapping this talent market across Australia and New Zealand, identifying new talent pools and opportunities to source candidates
  • Cleaning, updating, and activating a large internal database of candidates who have not had connection in some time
  • Building relationships with candidates via phone, LinkedIn, forums and direct channels, earning their trust and establishing rapport
  • Partnering closely with the TA Business Partners, handing off warm candidates to funnel into active and upcoming recruitment processes
  • Contributing ideas and insights to the team TA strategy and market approach!
 About You

We’re seeking a confident, curious, and committed candidate who is looking for a challenging opportunity in TA where your attention to detail, communication skills and research abilities will be well utilised. You will enjoy working ‘top-of-funnel’ and be comfortable with the hand off point to the TABP’s, and be motivated by the opportunity to become a deep market expert in one speciality area. You’re relationship-led, highly organised, and motivated by doing meaningful work that drives business growth.
Ideally you will bring with you:
  • Experience in TA sourcing, exec research, or recruitment – agency or in-house;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills;
  • A ‘get on the phone’ attitude and genuine curiosity for people and professions;
  • Comfort managing and cleansing data in CRM/ATS systems; and
  • The ability to work strategically and collaboratively towards shared goals!
The Process

Speed is of the essence with these roles, as is the appetite of this organisation to forge ahead as a market dominant leader!
Following an interview with a Levyl Consultant, you can expect a one-stage interview process with the TA Leader and GM, followed by reference and employment checks. Offers will be extended quickly for the right people.

Engagement: 12-month fixed-term contract with real potential for permanency
Salary: $80K–$90K + super, depending on experience
Location: Macquarie Park – hybrid (4 days in-office preferred, WFH days flexible)
