Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology - $130k + super & bonus

Date Published:

Contract Type:

Full Time

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

120,000.00 - 130,000.00 Year $130k + super

The Company

Our client is a highly respected provider of technology solutions in the cybersecurity and infrastructure space, known for delivering innovative and secure services across Australia. With more than two decades of success and over 200 employees, they’ve built a reputation for excellence across cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and automation. Following their recent acquisition by Infosys, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with expanded offerings, ambitious hiring needs, and the opportunity to shape the future of its workforce.

The Leaders

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be guided by a leader with strong commercial acumen and a supportive, team focused style. You’ll also work closely with a collaborative HR team of five, including a to be hired, off shore recruitment assistant. The culture is open, flexible, and people-focused – but equally pragmatic and outcomes-driven!

The Opportunity

This role has been reframed to meet the organisation’s rapid growth and evolving needs. It requires someone who thrives in both the strategic space and the hands-on delivery of technical recruitment.

You’ll need to flex your style across different hiring managers, adapting to varying needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all process. Success will come from building trust, collaborating closely, and delivering results whilst helping leaders think ahead.
You will:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and IT roles, from cyber specialists through to infrastructure engineers.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast workforce requirements, identify skill gaps, and contribute to longer-term workforce planning.
  • Roll up your sleeves to deliver high-volume recruitment whilst building strategic talent pipelines.
  • Lead NV security clearance processes for identified hires.
  • Use data and workforce insights to inform decision-making and guide hiring managers.
  • Play a visible role in strengthening the employer brand and candidate experience in the tech market.
This is a flat HR structure where everyone contributes. It’s not about ego – it’s about getting into the trenches, working side by side with leaders, and leveraging the support of both local and offshore colleagues to deliver outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for a technology recruiter who can combine at least 3 years of solid technical recruitment experience (or 6+ years broader recruitment including tech) with the mindset of a trusted advisor.

To succeed, you’ll need to be:
  • Flexible and pragmatic, tailoring your approach to each stakeholder.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Humble and collaborative, willing to “muck in” and work at pace.
  • Analytical and systems-minded, able to spot gaps and streamline processes.
  • Energised by volume and variety, with resilience to thrive in a growth environment.
The Process

The recruitment process will include three interview stages with the client and a potential case study, in addition to an initial meeting with a Levyl Consultant.
For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Emilia Rodriguez on 0497 938 177 or emilia@levyl.com.au. We look forward to hearing from you!

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so that you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
