The Leader
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will work closely with the wider TA and People & Culture teams, as well as hiring managers across multiple sites. Strong communication, coordination, and candidate care are central to success in this role.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on coordination role supporting end-to-end recruitment and smooth onboarding. You’ll help the team deliver efficiently, keep candidates informed, and ensure records and documentation are accurate.
Key responsibilities include
• Prepare and post job advertisements across internal and external platforms
• Source and screen applications against role and organisational needs
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications end-to-end
• Support onboarding, including pre-employment checks and documentation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate contracts and offer letters
• Assist with reporting, recruitment projects, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or business administration (or recent study)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office
• Discreet, reliable, and proactive with a can-do approach
