Talent Acquisition Business Partner | 8 week contract

Date Published:

26-Sep-2025

Reference:

1107752

Contract Type:

Contractor

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

The Company

Join a fast-growing hospitality group that is expanding rapidly through acquisition. With multiple venues, restaurants, and entertainment operations across Sydney, this group blends boutique, high-volume, and experiential hospitality brands under one umbrella. You’ll be part of the team that fuels growth by embedding top talent into operations, ensuring new and existing venues win on culture, service, and capability.

The Leader

You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, working as a close partner to both the TA team, CPO, and operational leadership. This is a high-visibility role — you’ll be front and centre, delivering across a high volume of roles in a compressed timeframe.

The Opportunity

This role is all about execution, speed, and sector insight. As the contracted TABP, your mission will be to own full lifecycle recruitment for operational, venue, and support roles across this hospitality group. You must be available immediately and able to hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • End-to-end recruitment for hospitality operations roles such as Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, FOH Supervisors, Chefs, Bar Managers, Venue Leads, Kitchen Supervisors, and support staff
  • Developing and running attraction strategies — leveraging your existing sector relationships and talent networks
  • Screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines to meet tight SLAs
  • Partnering with venue leadership to understand role requirements, culture fit, and operational nuances
  • Providing market intelligence on candidate movement, pay trends, and competitor practices
  • Maintaining candidate experience, reporting to the TA Manager and leadership on metrics, risk, and progress
  • Handover and transition of selected candidates at end of contract to the internal HR/operations teams
About You

You are a highly capable recruiter with proven experience in hospitality, leisure, F&B, or related operational environments. With an immediate start available, you thrive under pressure and can manage a high volume of vacancies without compromising on candidate quality or experience. Your network of industry contacts, ability to influence stakeholders, and resourceful approach to finding the right talent will allow you to deliver quickly and effectively. You are confident working with roles such as venue managers, chefs, kitchen operations, and front of house leadership, and you enjoy the fast-paced nature of hospitality recruitment. Importantly, you bring a hands-on, proactive style and the ability to quickly build credibility with hiring managers in a growing business.

The Process

Following an interview with a Levyl consultant, there will be a single stage client interview before a decision is made. Don’t hesitate on applying, however for any quick queries, please contact Antony Jones on 0448 198 544 or antony@levyl.com.au

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
