Contract Type:

Full Time

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

300,000.00 - 350,000.00 Year

The Company

Levyl is partnering with a large-scale, future-focused infrastructure organisation operating at national significance. With huge investment behind an enterprise wide transformation, sits a sophisticated corporate portfolio driving finance, strategy, technology and regulatory – total headcount, circa 400 FTE. This organisation is undergoing significant enterprise-wide change, reshaping how its finance, digital and corporate functions operate to support long-term strategic objectives.

The corporate portfolio sits at the centre of commercial decision-making, governance and future capability design, playing a pivotal role in enabling organisational performance. This is a values-led business with ambitious plans and a leadership team committed to clarity, accountability and delivery at scale.

The Leaders

We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to partner directly with the CFO and her executive leadership team (CIO & Deputy CFO), including senior leaders across Digital, Finance and Corporate Services. This portfolio operates at pace, with high levels of commercial accountability and visibility across the enterprise.

You will technically report into the General Manager of People Partnering and join a high-performing People & Culture function that is trusted, commercially astute and delivery-focused.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, individual contributor business partnering role with direct executive exposure. You will:
  • Partner closely with the CFO and various other executive leaders across finance, digital/ technology, strategy and regulatory
  • Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
  • Support enterprise transformation programs and future capability design
  • Translate business strategy into compelling people plans and practical delivery roadmaps
  • Provide high-quality, data-informed insights to executive stakeholders
  • Shape change programs, capability uplift and leadership alignment
This role requires strategic thinking, pace, commercial maturity and the ability to deliver clarity in complex environments.

About You

We are seeking a Senior HRBP or HR Executive who thrives in intellectually rigorous, commercially driven environments. You may come from financial services, consulting, investment banking, technology or another high-performance corporate setting.

You will likely bring:
  • Proven experience partnering with CFOs or corporate executive portfolios
  • Deep capability in organisational design and strategic workforce planning
  • Strong executive presence and a polished communication style
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders with diverse and strong viewpoints
  • The ability to cut through complexity and provide decisive, well-reasoned guidance
  • High accountability and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
You enjoy business partnering at a strategic level. You are commercially sharp, outcome-focused and comfortable operating with senior leaders who expect precision, insight and responsiveness.

This is not a team leadership role. It suits someone who prefers being close to executive decision-making and driving impact directly.

The Process

This appointment offers rare exposure at the intersection of finance, digital transformation and enterprise strategy within a nationally significant infrastructure organisation. If you are interested, please apply quickly as we will move quickly through the three stage interview process. For any confidential enquiries please contact Sarah Bolitho on sarah@levyl.com.au. We look forward to hearing from you.

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so that you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
