The Leaders
You will report into a highly experienced P&C Director, partnering closely with senior global stakeholders including the Group CFO and divisional leaders. The leadership team is commercially focused, open to challenge, and values a strong strategic voice at the table. You will be supported by a broader global HR team and centres of excellence, with the opportunity to influence at the highest levels of the organisation.
The Opportunity
This is a true senior business partnering role, supporting two global client groups. While you will deliver across the full employee lifecycle, the core focus of the role is transformation. You will partner with leaders to redesign operating models, uplift workforce capability, and support the shift towards automation, AI adoption and more streamlined ways of working.

The process will consist of an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant followed by three rounds of interviews with senior leaders. Candidates may also be required to complete assessments and will be subject to background and reference checks.

- Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategy
- Lead workforce planning and org design initiatives aligned to future-state operating models
- Support transformation programs focused on automation, digitisation and process improvement
- Deliver key cyclical HR activities including performance, talent and succession planning
- Provide data-led insights to inform workforce and business decisions
- Coach and influence leaders through change, ambiguity and evolving capability needs
- Collaborate with global HR teams and CoE's to deliver consistent, scalable outcomes
About You
You are a strong P&C generalist who operates at a strategic level and is comfortable navigating both BAU and transformation.
You bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior P&C Business Partner in a complex, global environment
- Strong capability in org design, workforce planning and transformation delivery
- Ability to influence and challenge senior, commercially driven stakeholders
- A data-informed approach to decision making and problem solving
- Experience operating in financial services or large, multinational environments (preferred)
- Confidence working in evolving environments where frameworks are still being built
