The Leaders
Reporting into a senior P&C leader, you will operate as part of a high-calibre leadership team focused on driving strategic people outcomes across the business. The leadership group is commercially astute, fast-paced and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on accountability, delivery and continuous improvement. You will also work closely with senior executives across Finance, Technology and Marketing, as well as key operational leaders.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading the Business Partnering function while directly partnering with a corporate portfolio to deliver impactful, commercially aligned people outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
You are an experienced HR Manager or People & Culture Business Partner Lead with a strong foundation in business partnering and a proven track record of leading and developing teams. You bring deep generalist capability, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- Driving consistency and quality in business partnering practices across both corporate and operational environments
- Supporting complex people matters in collaboration with ER specialists, ensuring sound and compliant outcomes
- Building leadership capability through coaching, guidance and structured development initiatives
- Embedding scalable frameworks across performance, engagement and workforce planning
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities
- Contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives alongside peers across L&D and People Systems
You are an experienced HR Manager or People & Culture Business Partner Lead with a strong foundation in business partnering and a proven track record of leading and developing teams. You bring deep generalist capability, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment.
You will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience as a trusted Business Partner supporting senior stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and uplift a team
- Strength across both corporate and operational workforce environments, or exposure to both
- Confidence navigating complex people matters and providing commercially sound advice
- The ability to operate at pace and build credibility quickly in new or evolving portfolios
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management capability
