The Opportunity

As the Senior Learning and Capability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s leadership development initiatives. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering impactful learning programs, both locally and regionally, that align with the business’s strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and enhancing leadership development initiatives across multiple levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of key programs, such as Leadership Fundamentals, ensuring high levels of engagement and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Continuously improving leadership development offerings by staying ahead of industry trends and innovations in L&D.
  • Localising and implementing global and APAC learning programs, ensuring they are relevant and adopted across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Leading the creation of tailored learning content, ensuring it meets organisational needs and delivers exceptional experiences for learners.
  
About You
  
You are an experienced professional in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership development. You excel in facilitating programs and engaging diverse audiences, from front-line teams to senior leaders. Your expertise includes tools like HBDI, 360 Feedback, and psychometric assessments, and you’re adept at creating tailored learning experiences that drive results. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about fostering a culture of learning and development.
  
The Process  
  
The recruitment process will be two to three stages following a meeting with a Levyl consultant, prior to references, background checks and then offer! You will have the opportunity to meet with key stakeholders, ask questions and really understand the journey this business is on.
