The Leaders
Reporting into a newly appointed GM of People & Culture, you will also partner with senior leadership during a critical period of organisational change. The leadership team values pragmatic thinking, sound judgement and the ability to operate with pace, influence and autonomy.
The Opportunity
This role has been created to provide immediate senior HR leadership support during a period of organisational transformation, while helping establish fit-for-purpose people frameworks and governance capability for the future.
Key responsibilities include:
About You
This opportunity will suit a commercially minded senior HR leader with experience partnering executive stakeholders through periods of organisational change and transformation. The role calls for a balance of strategic capability, technical HR expertise and operational pragmatism, alongside the ability to build credibility quickly and provide calm, solutions-focused advice in a fast-moving environment.
This role is best suited to someone comfortable stepping into an environment requiring pace, adaptability and maturity, rather than highly structured corporate processes.
The Process
This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity with flexibility across full-time or 4-day arrangements for the right candidate. Interviews will commence immediately, with the successful candidate ideally [AJ1] starting within the coming weeks.

- Partner directly with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and structural change initiatives
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters, including redundancies and change management activity
- Provide strategic HR business partnering support across leadership, capability and people planning
- Assess current HR operating models and recommend future permanent capability requirements
- Introduce and strengthen HR governance, frameworks and decision-making processes
- Coach and support leaders through periods of ambiguity, transformation and organisational growth
- Oversee and guide operational HR delivery through a direct report HR Advisor
- Contribute to the establishment of a scalable and commercially aligned people function
