The Team

You'll join a highly regarded Talent Acquisition function that partners closely with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Working across APAC, you'll collaborate with and mentor Recruitment Coordinators, partnering with Recruitment Operations counterparts in Europe and the United States.

The Opportunity

This role is a maternity leave cover and offers a unique opportunity to step into an established position with strong foundations, while contributing to several exciting transformation projects already underway. As Recruitment Operations Lead, you'll become the go-to person for recruitment operations across APAC, partnering with recruiters, coordinators and stakeholders to continuously enhance processes, technology and the overall hiring experience. You'll play a key role in driving consistency across the region, supporting the rollout of new initiatives, and exploring how AI and automation can create efficiencies and unlock capacity for the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading recruitment operations initiatives across APAC, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
  • Acting as the regional subject matter expert for Greenhouse and the broader recruitment technology stack.
  • Coaching and supporting Recruitment Coordinators across multiple APAC offices.
  • Driving process improvement projects across recruitment operations, candidate experience and reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption and workflow optimisation.
  • Partnering with recruitment leaders to design scalable solutions that support hiring objectives.
  • Collaborating with global Recruitment Operations teams on regional and global initiatives.
  • Developing reporting frameworks and insights to support data-driven decision making.
  • Maintaining recruitment systems, governance frameworks and process documentation.
  • Supporting campus recruitment campaigns and experienced hiring teams across the region.
  • Training stakeholders on recruitment systems, tools and best practice processes.
About You

You'll bring a strong operational mindset and a genuine interest in improving systems, processes and ways of working with a focus on AI. Experience within financial services, technology or another fast-paced, high-performance environment will set you up for success in this role.

We're open to a range of backgrounds, however you'll ideally have experience across recruitment coordination, recruitment operations, people operations or a related function. Whilst exposure to recruitment is important, extensive recruitment experience is not required.

You'll also bring:
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence partnering with stakeholders across different teams and locations Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • A passion for process improvement and operational excellence
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging technologies
The Process

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity based in Sydney, with a hybrid working model of four days in the office and one day from home.

Following an initial discussion with a Levyl consultant, the process will involve interviews with the hiring team and key stakeholders.
