Date Published:
12-May-2026

1610223
Contract Type:
Part Time
Location:
Sydney
Salary:
100,000.00 - 100,000.00 Year Package (pro rata)
The Company
Our client is a highly successful private individual with a broad portfolio of business and investment interests, alongside philanthropic support for children in Australia. While highly successful professionally, the founder values warmth, curiosity, conversation, and genuine connection just as much as efficiency and reliability.
This is not a traditional corporate office environment. Chemistry, discretion and character will be just as important as capability. The successful person will need to bring a warm, adaptable and highly trustworthy approach, with the ability to build a natural rapport and operate confidently within a private household setting.
The Opportunity
Supporting the founder of a long-standing family investment business, this opportunity sits within a highly private and relationship-driven environment where trust, discretion, and personality fit are essential. The role has evolved significantly over time and is now focused heavily on household coordination, lifestyle support, key administration, and day-to-day organisation.
Working three days per week from a private residence in the Eastern Suburbs, you will become a trusted right-hand support to both the Founder and the broader family network, helping ensure everything runs smoothly across the household, from appointments, meetings and errands to administration and ongoing coordination needs.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being helpful, and is naturally organised, adaptable and emotionally intelligent.
Key areas of focus include:
We are looking for someone with previous experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, private household, family office, or similarly fast-paced and confidential environment. This role is best suited to someone mature minded, curious, highly trustworthy and with a sense of humour to boot!
Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, tech-savvy, and the ability to build genuine rapport will be essential, alongside a current driver’s licence and flexibility to assist with errands and ad hoc support as needed.
The Process
The recruitment process will involve an initial confidential discussion with Levyl prior to in-person client interviews, references, background checks and offer. Due to the highly private nature of this appointment, confidentiality throughout the process is essential.
For any confidential enquiries, please contact Antony Jones on antony@levyl.com.au
Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to responding to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will provide an interview accommodation checklist so you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
