Contract Type:

Contractor

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

100,000.00 - 115,000.00 Year package (pro rata)

The Company

Our client is a leading, well established ANZ organisation in the manufacturing space operating across multiple sites. With a strong market presence and operational footprint, they are investing heavily in their people, systems and technology to support future growth.

This is a business with structure, scale and stability, now evolving its people systems landscape, moving from multiple legacy platforms to a streamlined, integrated solution that will significantly enhance how leaders access and use people data.

The Leaders

You will report into an experienced Head of People & Performance, who values ownership and delivery. You will also partner closely with a highly respected Head of People Services. The broader People & Performance team is collaborative, well-connected and invested in making this implementation a success.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of systems and people, combining deep, hands-on involvement in a SuccessFactors implementation with meaningful partnering across the business to ensure it lands successfully.
  • Act as the systems SME across testing, implementation and go-live
  • Get hands-on with configuration, integration and optimisation of SuccessFactors
  • Own post-go-live support as the go-to expert for system queries and enhancements
  • Deliver training and uplift digital capability across leaders and teams
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to embed the system into day-to-day operations
  • Translate business needs into system solutions, ensuring the platform is practical and fit-for-purpose
  • Build dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to make better, data-driven decisions
  • Drive adoption, engagement and continuous improvement of the platform
This is not just a systems role, you will play a visible role in shaping how leaders interact with people data and processes, ensuring the technology enables better business outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys both the technical depth of systems work and the human side of driving change through an organisation.

You will bring:
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Hands-on experience in system implementation, testing or optimisation
  • Ability to confidently partner with leaders and influence adoption
  • Experience delivering training and translating technical concepts into simple, practical guidance
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience in reporting and insights
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high level of ownership
  • Ability to operate at pace and navigate a fast-moving project environment
  • Experience in complex, multi-site or operational environments (desirable)
You are someone who can move between system detail and big-picture thinking, equally comfortable configuring a system as you are sitting with leaders to help them get value from it.

The Process

This is a 7-month contract looking for someone to come aboard quickly. Following a meeting with a Levyl team member, the process will be streamlined to move quickly for the right candidate.

Applicants can expect a two-stage interview process with the People and Performance Manager and the Head of People Services.

Please apply today or contact Harry Hobson on 0461 425 404 or harry@levyl.com.au for a confidential discussion.

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so that you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best
