Our client is a leading global investment organisation recognised for delivering outstanding outcomes for clients while making a positive impact on society. With offices across multiple regions, it supports specialist investment teams through an innovative and agile operating model.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for optimising HR systems and people data across a global workforce. It offers a strong mix of transformation and business-as-usual responsibilities, from ensuring Oracle remains stable and effective, to supporting post-implementation and remediation work.
You’ll take ownership of the platform by managing upgrades, resolving issues, and driving process improvements such as migrating recruitment modules from spreadsheets into systemised solutions. Collaboration will be central, as you partner with shared services teams in Sydney and a global team to deliver a seamless and consistent user experience.
Beyond systems management, you’ll oversee and enhance a suite of Power BI dashboards, supporting regular reporting cycles, enabling self-service, and producing ad-hoc analysis that guides decision-making. You’ll also play a key role during remuneration and payroll periods, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. You will work closely with peers to document processes, embed new tools, and contribute to Workday design workshops, helping to shape the organisation’s longer-term HR technology transformation.
About You
You will bring a strong HR background, with significant experience managing Oracle or similar enterprise HR systems. Skilled in system administration, upgrades and problem-solving, you ensure platforms run seamlessly in complex environments and understand the impact of technology on the employee experience.
Your grounding in HR systems and processes is complemented by a strong background in data and analytics, with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights, Power BI experience will be highly regarded. You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders and communicating insights in a way that influences outcomes.
You’re comfortable managing both transformation projects and BAU support, adapting quickly as priorities shift. Known for your collaborative style and strong stakeholder relationships, you combine a hands-on approach with sharp attention to detail, staying calm and effective during high-pressure periods such as remuneration cycles.
