This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced P&C professional to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced and operationally focused environment. Working closely with a passionate and engaged Logistics leadership team, you will be a trusted partner and advisor, championing a culture of performance, collaboration, and care.
With a strong focus on relationships, you’ll play a critical role in influencing people outcomes, guiding leaders through complex challenges, and embedding meaningful initiatives that elevate the employee experience. The role will have a focus on providing expert guidance on Employee Relations Matters and assisting with an upcoming EBA negotiation! You will also:
If you are an experienced P&C professional with a background in a generalist business partner or advisory role particularly within blue-collar or logistics environments, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! You’ll bring strong business partnering capabilities and demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters with sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion.
