The Opportunity
This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, supporting a dynamic and high-performing team. As the on-site People & Culture Partner, you’ll play a hands-on role in embedding effective people processes, coaching leaders, and driving engagement initiatives across a portfolio of around 50 employees.
Working closely with local leaders and connected to a broader People & Culture network across Australia and the UK, you’ll shape the people strategy locally while aligning with group-wide frameworks. This is a role that blends operational excellence with strategic input, and one that offers real autonomy and visibility.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
You’re a proactive HR professional who enjoys making a tangible impact, building strong relationships, working independently, and tackling challenges with a practical, hands-on approach. With a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, you bring practical experience across HR advisory or generalist roles, a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation, and the confidence to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Known for your collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach, you’re passionate about helping people and teams perform at their best.
The Process
The recruitment process will be two to three stages following a meeting with a Levyl consultant, prior to references, background checks and then offer! You will have the opportunity to meet with key stakeholders, ask questions and really understand the journey this organisation is on.
