Melbourne

Salary:

The Company

Our client is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most respected manufacturers, employing thousands across an extensive network of sites. With a portfolio of iconic household brands, the business plays a critical role in everyday life across the Australia!

You will be  comfortable operating in environments that are a little “messy” and know how to build trust with leaders while holding firm when needed!  You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, get out on the floor, and coach leaders through real-time challenges.

You thrive in a site-based role (Mostly onsite with some flexibility) and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a business undergoing change.

The Process

The process will include an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by interviews with the Regional HR Manager and site leadership team. A site visit and reference checks will take place prior to offer. Due to business needs, an immediate or short notice start is highly desirable.
