The Company

This rapidly growing, design-led organisation operates nationally across multiple states. Known for delivering impactful work across diverse projects, the business fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement.

Its people are central to everything it does, with a strong internal focus on wellbeing, inclusivity, innovation and values-led leadership. The organisation is committed to creating a positive employee experience while continuing to strengthen its systems, processes and ways of working.

The Leaders

Reporting to a supportive and forward-thinking People and Culture Manager, you will join a high-trust environment where your ideas, initiative and development are valued.

You will work closely with the P&C Manager and stakeholders at all levels across the business. The People and Culture team is lean, but committed to investing time in someone who brings the right attitude, maturity and foundations.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands-on coordination role that will act as the operational backbone of the People and Culture team. You will help keep requests moving, maintain accurate records and ensure actions are followed through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day People and Culture administration and act as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, systems access, inductions and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate employee records, databases and documentation across the employee lifecycle

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve the employee experience and help the function operate more efficiently
About You

You are an emerging HR professional with approximately two to three years of experience in HR administration, coordination or a related people support role.

This opportunity will suit someone who demonstrates strong drive, maturity and an appetite to learn. You are warm, approachable and confident communicating with employees and senior stakeholders.

Highly organised, responsive and detail-focused, you can keep pace in a busy environment while ensuring requests are properly followed through and closed out. You use sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive matters and can confidently direct stakeholders to the appropriate person or process.

The ideal candidate will also bring:
  • Experience in HR administration, coordination or a similar people-focused support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
  • Confidence building relationships with employees, managers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong Systems experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capability
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
The Process

The recruitment process will include an initial meeting with a Levyl Consultant, followed by two interview stages with the client.

For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Harry Hobson on 0461 425 404. We look forward to hearing from you.
