The Leaders
Reporting to a supportive and forward-thinking People & Culture Manager, you'll be part of a high-trust team where your voice and ideas matter. The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that touches every part of the employee lifecycle. You’ll drive meaningful cultural initiatives, build strong relationships across the business, and help shape HR systems and practices to support future growth. This role offers clear potential for long-term progression as the business continues to evolve, and could turn into a new role with a permanent headcount.

About You
You're a proactive and people-oriented early stage HR Administrator or Coordinator with strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, you bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset to a fast-moving environment.
This role offers the platform to take on more responsibility and make a real impact! This is a twelve month fixed term parental leave contract with an immediate start on offer, and permanent potential thereafter due to the growth of the firm.

- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting using Employment Hero
- Oversee leave tracking, documentation, and compliance workflows
- Support the development of scalable systems and process improvements
- Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the P&C function
