The Leaders
This role reports directly to and will partner very collaboratively with the agency’s Managing Director, a respected and values-led leader within the creative marketing space. The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, part-time role responsible for leading the People & Culture function across the agency’s three brands. As the People & Culture Manager, you will play a central role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that reflects the values of a fast-growing, creative agency group. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership and team leads, you will embed meaningful people practices that enhance employee experience, support talent development, and ensure operational consistency.
This role requires a hands-on, emotionally intelligent leader who thrives on creating structure, driving cultural initiatives, and championing employee wellbeing across every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to:
This role will suit a People & Culture professional with strong emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation. You will be set up for success if you have experience managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and development through to performance and offboarding, and enjoy bringing both structure and warmth to your work!
A background in creative, agency or professional services environments will serve you well, particularly if you’re confident operating autonomously in a part-time capacity! A solid understanding of HR compliance, employment law and people management frameworks will allow you to navigate the role with assurance, while a proactive, solutions-focused mindset will help you deliver meaningful and lasting impact.

- Act as a key partner to agency leaders to embed meaningful people strategies that drive engagement, wellbeing and performance
- Champion the agency’s culture by monitoring morale, supporting initiatives and overseeing regular staff feedback surveys
- Manage all people operations including onboarding, documentation, policies, contracts and induction processes
- Oversee performance frameworks, including probation reviews, 90-day plans, and reward & recognition platforms
- Support recruitment activity by coordinating job ads, reviewing candidates and managing recruiter relationships
- Guide the agency’s learning and development strategy, including budget oversight and training needs analysis
- Lead compliance and wellbeing initiatives, including EAP access, policy updates, and Wellness Matters implementation
- Ensure legal and HR compliance across all jurisdictions (NSW, VIC and QLD), and provide leadership with relevant legislative updates
