The Leaders

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will partner closely with an experienced and commercially astute leadership team spanning Creative, Digital, Media, Strategy and Client Services.

Leaders are hands-on, outcome-driven and passionate about both high performance and maintaining a strong, connected culture. You will be embedded in the business as a trusted advisor and sounding board.

The Opportunity

This role exists to lead and deliver the full employee lifecycle while driving recruitment and people initiatives that enable the agency to perform at its best.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across creative, digital, SEO and media roles
  • Acting as the sole P&C professional, providing day-to-day advisory support to managers and employees
  • Owning onboarding, offboarding, contracts and full employee lifecycle processes
  • Supporting performance conversations and engagement initiatives
  • Driving culture and engagement activities, including internal events and fundraising initiatives
  • Partnering with leaders on workforce planning and commercially sound people decisions
  • Ensuring policies, compliance and HR administration are effectively managed
About You

You are an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a standalone environment and enjoys being embedded in a dynamic business. You bring prior experience across the full employee lifecycle and are confident managing recruitment at volume and pace.

Ideally, you will have worked within an advertising, creative or agency environments. You are a 'go-getter', commercially aware and comfortable operating without layers of HR structure around you.
You bring:
  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience
  • 2+ years of HR coordination experience preffered
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment capability
  • The initiative to build, improve and own processes
  • Energy, resilience and a hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced agency
You are approachable, pragmatic and able to balance empathy with commercial outcomes.

The Process

Following a meeting with a Levyl team member, the process will involve interviews directly with the hiring team:
  • First interview with the Operations Manager
  • A potential final meeting with a Senior Agency Stakeholder
