An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed company in a specialist industry with a strong national footprint!

The Company

Our client is a market leader within a fast-scaling, specialist industry. Backed by a global private equity firm, the business is in a dynamic growth phase and investing in progressive people practices. As they continue to expand nationally, this newly created role offers the opportunity to help shape the employee experience and support strategic people initiatives.

This is a business that values integrity, collaboration and high performance. You'll be part of a People & Culture team committed to delivering value across the employee lifecycle and supporting managers through change and growth.

The Leaders

You’ll report directly to the Head of P&C, a trusted advisor with deep industry experience and a reputation for building strong teams. Alongside two exceptional HR Business Partners, you’ll work across multiple sites to support leaders, drive performance, and manage a range of people matters.

The Opportunity

This is a true generalist role where you’ll partner with leaders across the business and contribute to a range of strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll provide high-quality HR support to frontline managers and employees while working closely with the broader P&C team to continuously improve processes and enhance engagement.

In this role you will:
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR advice, guiding leaders on workplace matters and policies
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation reviews, performance and exits
  • Support with case management including low-level ER, grievances and performance plans
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy development
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure legal compliance and best practice
  • Assist in workforce reporting and analytics to support data-informed decision making
  • Maintain and oversee the HRIS system to ensure accurate, timely data
  • Manage core HR administration with the support of an intern

About You

This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor or Generalist who brings confidence working across multi-site environments and enjoys variety in their day-to-day. A hands-on operator with a practical mindset, they’ll be comfortable managing the detail while contributing to broader people initiatives.

Success will come from a collaborative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate both pace and ambiguity. A commercial mindset, coupled with a genuine care for people outcomes, will ensure alignment with the broader People & Culture team.

A great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving business, enjoys working as part of close-knit team, and values opportunities to drive change from within!

The Process

The recruitment process will include two interview stages with the client, in addition to an initial meeting with a Levyl Consultant.

For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Emilia Rodriguez on 0497 938 177. We look forward to hearing from you!

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment solutions and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes, and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will tender you an interview accommodation checklist, so that you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best
